Full accountability for building and leading the Test and Quality Assurance capability across all streams of the programme, (applications, infrastructure and bespoke delivered application).

Responsible for managing and leading in-house and 3rd party test resources, adhering to the Organisational Test Strategy.

UK GOVERNMENT

Provision of Programme Test management resource to a central government Home Office based programme.

Built and led a team of security cleared test resources (internal and external) who provided quality assurance of several 3rd party delivered functions.

Full accountability for the delivery of testing across 30+ projects, this included the development of an approach for progressing from testing to service management / production.

UK LEADING RETAILER

Leading the Test Delivery and Quality Assurance functions accountable and responsible for the delivery of all testing on IT projects and programmes across all lines of business.

Services provided encompassed third party on and offshore vendor selection and management, Programme Test Management, Quality Assurance of third party testing.

Managed a team of 100+ (offshore, Onshore), and devised and implemented the Organisational Test and Quality Assurance Strategy. Full accountability for an annual spend of £7 million on testing across all programmes and projects.
